Frequently asked questions

Why price per order instead of per page?
Because that's how you think about the cost. You're replacing the $8–$15 it takes to enter an order by hand — so we price against that unit, not pages, which punishes multi-page POs and is hard to budget.
What counts as an order?
One inbound purchase order processed into your ERP, regardless of how many pages or line items it has. Multi-page POs are still a single order.
What happens if I go over my plan's orders?
You're charged the per-order overage rate for your plan — still a fraction of manual entry. We'll flag when you'd save money on a higher tier.
Is there really a free trial?
Yes — 14 days and 50 orders, no credit card. Test it on your own POs and see the accuracy before you pay anything.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Annual billing saves roughly 17% (about two months free) versus month-to-month.
