About this tool
- Is the free PO extractor really free?
- Yes. You can extract several purchase orders per day with no account. For real volume and automatic posting into your ERP, start a free trial. 250 orders over 14 days, cancel anytime.
- Do you store my purchase orders?
- We don't keep them. Files you upload here are processed for extraction and discarded. Our model providers may retain inputs briefly for abuse monitoring under their commercial terms, and never train on them. Details on the security page.
- What file types work?
- This tool accepts PDF, the most common format for emailed POs, including digital and scanned documents. In production we also handle email bodies, images, and spreadsheets.
- How accurate is it?
- You're seeing it live above, run your own PO and judge for yourself. We also publish a reproducible per-field eval on a public test set at orderpier.com/accuracy rather than quote a vendor range. Every field carries a confidence score, so anything uncertain is flagged for human review rather than posted blindly.
