Order-to-cash (O2C)
The end-to-end business process from receiving a customer order through to collecting payment.
Order-to-cash (O2C) covers everything from order capture and entry, through fulfillment and invoicing, to cash collection. Order entry sits at the very front of this cycle.
Because errors and delays at order entry ripple through the entire O2C cycle, wrong shipments, delayed invoices, longer DSO, automating accurate order capture shortens and de-risks the whole process.
